Silver Maintenance Plan

Our silver maintenance plan is tailored for new businesses or those in existence for five years or less with five or fewer employees. Typically, these companies see $1 million or less in sales each year.

This plan helps customers find the right path to take and how to maintain it. Our real-time bookkeeping services let you know your exact cash position at any time. Through support and training by our certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors, your books will be set up correctly so you and your team know the right way to maintain your financial information. Gold Maintenance Plan

The gold plan analyzes information so you can make better business decisions. Owners of mature (five to 20 years old) businesses are ideal for this plan. Such operations employ five to 50 employees, have an in-house bookkeeper, and bring in between $500,000 and $15 million each year.

We’ve customized our services to address industry-specific challenges, compliance needs, and industry standard tax practices. This plan provides all of the services in our silver plan, plus:

Platinum Maintenance Plan

The platinum plan is like having an outsourced CFO – a “CFO on the go.” We serve as your profit consultants. On average, platinum plan customers are strong businesses that have five to 50 employees and have $1 million or more in annual revenue. They may have an in-house bookkeeper or a controller. 

We work directly with these businesses on a monthly basis to analyze their financial positions and strategize with key decision makers to optimize performance, profitability, and cash flow.
